I'd like to share an experience I've had with an artist I commissioned almost two months ago. I've had a couple of issues with a few artists in general for the same thing but considering the fact that this particular one has gone on the offensive on her journal and is belittling the amount people have paid in the comments, I feel I need to put this out there.
I paid Stardroids $25 to do some chibi art of my OCs on 05.05.14 when she opened up commission slots which she gladly accepted. She asked for the money up front, something I was happy to pay in good faith, and she promised to start as soon as possible. Between then and now, I have sent
